On Friday I opened up my home for two hours and invited in friends, friends-of-friends, and neighbours to enjoy tea, coffee and homemade cake.

LATE SUMMER MARKET SALAD

I've probably made this salad more than any other over the summer - plump, juicy cherries, sweet cherry tomatoes, crisp celery and creamy avocado and freshly snipped herbs - so simple yet so tasty.
